If you would like to have your baby or child baptised, the parish offers four short Baptism Preparation Courses each year. These sessions last no longer than two hours and take place on Sunday afternoons at 4:00pm (see the Programme page for dates). Attendance at one of these courses is required before submitting a Baptism application. After attending a course, you can complete the Baptism Application Form, and begin making arrangements for the service. There is no fee for the Baptism, but a donation to the parish is appreciated.
The First Holy Communion Programme at Our Lady and St Cuthbert’s runs each year from February to June. Children must be in Year 4 or above to take part. If you wish your child(ren) to make their First Holy Communion, please email the Parish Office ourladyandstcuthbertscrook@diocesehn.org.uk providing your name, contact number, and the name(s) of your child(ren). Once you have contacted us, you will receive an invitation to the first meeting. We aim to hold this meeting before the February half-term.
